1. Kartoffeln schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. In ausreichend Salzwasser ca. fünf Minuten kochen, anschließend Wasser abgießen.

2. Hackfleisch in heißem Öl anbraten, mit Wasser ablöschen und tellofix Fix für Bolognese einrühren, fünf Minuten köcheln lassen.

3. Die Hälfte der Kartoffelwürfel in eine gefettete Auflaufform geben. Bolognese-Sauce, Crème Fraiche und die Hälfte des Käsese darauf verteilen. Restliche Kartoffel hinzugeben und mit übrigem Käse bestreuen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180° ca. 20-30 Minuten goldbraun überbacken.

4. Tomaten würfeln, Parmesan hobeln und über dem fertigen Gratin verteilen. Dazu schmeckt ein knackiger Salat.

Zubereitung

Für 500 g Hackfleisch: 500 g gemischtes Hackfleisch anbraten, ca. 2 gehäufte Esslöffel (50 g) Pulver einrühren und 300 ml kaltes Wasser zugeben, umrühren und ca. 5 Minuten kochen lassen. Je nach Geschmack mit einem Schuss Sahne verfeinern. Parallel 500g Pasta nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten und zusammen mit der Bolognese Sauce servieren. Nach Geschmack mit Parmesan-Käse garnieren.
